Please note: Tasks include dusting, spraying and wiping down of all areas clear and accessible to cleaners. Tasks that pose WHS risks are not included

We work on an hourly rate so you don’t get any nasty surprises as far as cost is concerned.

You book a time frame you can afford and we will start with the most difficult areas first. Then when we reach your time we will discuss what still needs to be done and you can either do it yourself or extend the time of the booking.

Prices Range between $40-$49.50 depending on the degree of difficulty and the chemicals required to ensure a good result.

(1 or 2 bed/1 bathroom) 
-$285 – 6hr – Light/Regular Cleaning ONLY
-$330 – 6hr – Deep cleaning
                        (2hr deep clean + 4 reg clean)
(2-3 bedroom 1-11/2 bathrooms)
– $365 – 8hr – Light/Regular Cleaning ONLY
– $440 – 8hr – Deep cleaning
                         (4hr deep clean + 4 reg clean)
(3 bedroom 2 bathrooms)
– $445 – 10hr – Light/Regular Cleaning ONLY
– $550 – 10hr – Deep cleaning
                            (4hr deep clean + 6 reg clean)
(4-5 bedroom 2 bathrooms)   
– $525 – 12hr – Light/Regular Cleaning ONLY
– $660 – 12hr – Deep cleaning
                            (6 hours high chemical cleaning + 6 regular cleaning)
(4-5 bedroom 3 baths/2 storey family homes) 
– $645 – 15hr – Light/Regular Cleaning ONLY
– $825 – 15hr – Deep cleaning

Partial Bond Clean:

  • 3 Hour/$165 Base rate and $40/hr extra time

High Chemical Surcharge:

  • $12.50/hr depending the chemicals required to ensure a good result.
